? What You'll Do:
· Manage and develop relationships with partners.
· Execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
· Collaborate with sales leaders, product managers, and marketing teams.
· Engage directly with customers and partners to promote IT solutions.
· Track sales performance and provide reports to management.
? Qualifications:
Education:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any IT-related course (or equivalent experience)
Experience:
· 2-3 years in sales or channel management, preferably in IT solutions (fresh grads are welcome to apply)
· Proven track record of managing partner relationships and meeting sales targets
· Familiarity with both direct and indirect sales models
? Skills & Competencies:
· Strong understanding of channel sales models (resellers, distributors, agents)
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
· Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Basic knowledge of IT networks and security is a plus

· Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment
· Willing to travel when needed
