The client is a performance-driven marketing agency that specializes in generating high-quality leads for construction businesses through Facebook advertising. With a strong focus on client results and business growth, the agency helps contractors scale efficiently with proven lead generation systems and expert marketing support.

About the Role

We are seeking a mature, experienced male professional to join the team as an Operations Manager / Customer Success Manager. This is a dual-role position blending operational leadership with client coaching and relationship management. You'll be the primary point of contact for construction industry clients—ensuring their success, improving internal systems, and helping them scale their businesses. This hire will allow the founder to focus on marketing strategy and content creation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management & Coaching
    • Serve as the main contact for clients via calls, texts, and video chats
    • Provide coaching on lead follow-up, closing techniques, and general business growth
    • Offer both supportive and assertive guidance to drive client accountability and results
  • Operational Leadership
    • Liaise between clients and the media buying team to ensure alignment and execution
    • Build, document, and improve client systems using Go High Level CRM
    • Track and log all client interactions for transparency and follow-through
  • Strategic Support
    • Help clients understand marketing concepts and how to convert leads into paying customers
    • Analyze performance data and provide insights to clients and internal team
    • Potentially assist with recruiting and onboarding future hires as the agency scales
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in operations management or customer success
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
  • Excellent command of English; familiarity with Western business culture
  • Business-savvy with the ability to coach entrepreneurs in the construction field
  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a remote, self-managed environment
  • Experience with Go High Level CRM is a MUST

Experience in Facebook ads and digital lead generation required
