  • Ability to persuade and inspire clients and team members through compelling storytelling and visual presentation.
  • Ability to direct shoots or direct event executions with precision and creativity is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Develop and lead the overall creative vision and strategy for event and video production projects, aligning with brand and client goals.
  • Strong art direction to ensure visual consistency, high production quality, and impactful storytelling.
  • Create and approve visual concepts, storyboards, layouts, shotlist and style guides that communicate the intended message.
  • Oversee the design and execution of visual concepts, storytelling, and production elements for live events and video content.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional team production, creative, clients, brands, and management to develop integrated campaign concepts that engage audiences.
  • Guide and support creative teams throughout the production process, ensuring projects remain on schedule.
  • Study and understand client brand guidelines, positioning, and messaging to ensure all creative outputs are consistent and on-brand.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging techniques, and innovative visual styles in event and video production.
