What You\'ll Do:

Main responsibility is Learning and Development.

  • Training plan implementation & administration will be the daily/monthly deliverable
  • Able to perform key activities within the L&D cycle such as Training Needs Analysis, Competency or Skill Gap analysis, facilitation and management reporting
  • Other responsibilities would include:
  • HR Monitoring and Analysis of HR data such as Annual Performance, Training Dashboard and Administrative costs
  • End-end training administration (scheduling - administration of logistics - post training evaluation)
  • Engagement program planning and implementation
What You Should Have:
  • College Graduate (Psychology or any business course is preferred)
  • Experience in related industries is an advantage
  • Minimum of 3 years HR Generalist experience or at least 5 years experience in specialized HR function (L&D / Training support)
  • Adequate knowledge in Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development
  • Ability to deal with people from all walks of life
  • Good understanding and adherence to safety, health and environment standards
  • High level of integrity and business ethics
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated person and hardworking
  • Team player with good collaboration and coordination skills
