Job Description:

  1. Develop and implement brand strategies that enhance the visibility and appeal of our animal industry products and services
  2. Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and industry trends, and use these insights to inform product development and branding initiatives
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our brand messaging
  4. Manage the creation and distribution of various brand assets, including product packaging, advertising materials, and digital content
  5. Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize our marketing efforts
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends to ensure our brand remains competitive and relevant

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Animal Husbandry, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 4 years of experience in veterinary health, nutrition company or feeds company.
  3. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective brand strategies that drive business growth
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner
  6. Proficiency in using different marketing tools
  7. Passion for the animal industry and a deep understanding of customer needs and industry trends
  8. Willingness to travel as needed.
  9. Ability to drive a 4-wheeled vehicle with a valid driver's license
