As a Financial Analyst Sr with Insight, you will be providing support to North America leaders and focus on providing analysis, forecasting and analyzing financial results, primarily focused on managing G&A expenses. You will be a key business partner with the business leadership and will work with them in a collaborative manner. This is a dynamic position requiring the successful candidate to utilize a broad range of financial, process, operational and strong communication skills, combined with strong business acumen. You will be part of a team with other analysts and/or senior analysts providing guidance and input from finance to our leaders and teammates.

As Financial Analyst III, you will get to:

  • Provide financial reporting, analysis and planning support to business partners and Executive leadership
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to department and Executive leadership on their forecasts, budgets and all financial aspects of their operational decisions
  • Assist in creating and updating cost and OPEX budgets (Expense, Headcount, etc.)
  • Assist in creating process improvements and provide recommendations
  • Assist in the creation of internal reports and dashboards
  • Gather and organize semi-complex financial data and information
  • Analyze and interpret financial data for use in management reviews

We are looking for a Financial Analyst III with:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance
  • Amenable to work on night shift and hybrid setup
  • 2 years of experience in FP&A and/or accounting function.
  • 2 years' experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and analysis or developing.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
