Financial Reporting Senior Analyst

Kenvue is recruiting for a Financial Reporting Senior Analyst for its Finance Operations team. This role is part of Finance Operations with the successful candidate being a valuable contributor to the Financial Reporting team. The Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting Kenvue's Finance Reporting processes in compliance with company policy and applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the team for all global activities related to Financial Reporting, including preparation of financial statements, trial balances, and other close procedures.
  2. Adhere to company policies and procedures to comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations.
  3. Support ongoing improvements and automation projects within the accounting team.
  4. Remain updated with industry trends, changes in accounting rulings, and latest technologies.

Compliance:

  1. Assist in any audit process raised by Legal Entity Controllership.
  2. Adhere to the strong internal controls in place to achieve "adequate" internal and external audit ratings.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  1. A minimum of a bachelor's level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting or finance.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in accounting, problem solving, process improvement and communication.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
  4. Be open to new ideas, rapid change and embracing new technologies.
  5. Be organized and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
  6. Experience in SAP, Excel, and other Microsoft Tools.

Desired Qualifications:

  1. Experience in a Interface, Procurement & General Accounting, or Financial Reporting department desirable.
  2. Solid US GAAP accounting knowledge preferable.

Languages:

  1. Fluent English, other language skills desirable.
