Source Candidates:

  1. Use job boards, social media, and networking to find potential candidates
  2. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates

Screen and Select:

  1. Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications and fit
  2. Schedule and conduct interviews

Engage Candidates:

  1. Build relationships with potential hires
  2. Communicate job expectations and company culture

Collaborate with Hiring Managers:

  1. Understand staffing needs and job requirements
  2. Provide updates on recruitment progress

Administrative Tasks:

  1. Keep accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  2. Prepare recruitment reports and metrics

Requirements:

  1. At least 6 months experience in HR/Recruitment (any industry will do, BPO is an advantage)
  2. Psych/HR fresh grads can apply
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  4. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  5. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  6. Amenable to work ONSITE in Makati and/or Mandaluyong
