We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Works Project Supervisor to join our team at Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. In this contract position, you will be responsible for managing the financial and operational aspects of civil engineering projects, ensuring their successful delivery.

Responsibilities

  1. Project Coordination: Organize each functional module to implement the project according to the integrated plan, and be responsible for the timeliness and completeness of the planned and actual data of the project progress.
  2. Subcontractor Supervision: Be responsible for the delivery assurance and progress management of subcontractors in the responsible area.
  3. Issue Resolution: Routinely monitor the project progress, identify progress issues, develop solutions, and monitor and close the issues.
  4. Acceptance Process: Routinely check subcontractor delivery status, remind subcontractors to submit acceptance materials and work together with project teams to do acceptance in time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (architecture/Construction, Engineering, Electronics, Management, etc.) and/or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Controller or in a similar role within the civil/structural engineering industry.
  • Proficient in the use of project management and accounting software tools.
  • PMP and/or other related industry certification(s) is preferred as high priority.
  • Good professional ethics and excellent communication skills and logical thinking skills.
