The Operations Staff is responsible for the timely andaccurate processing, validation, monitoring, and safekeeping of Proof ofDelivery (POD) documents to support billing and liquidation requirements. Therole coordinates with On-Site Representatives, Documentation, Customer Service,and other concerned parties to ensure complete and properly accomplished PODs,timely resolution of discrepancies, and accurate updating of relevanttransactions in the system
What you’ll do
- Responsiblefor encoding, validating, and processing PODs.
- Sendsupdates on PODs.
- Coordinateswith On-Site Representatives regarding all PODs.
- Monitorsthe timely submission of all PODs.
- Routesthe messenger for the liquidation of PODs.
- Ensuresthat all PODs are properly filled out and signed.
- Updatesand reminds On-Site Representatives of all billing requirements.
- Ensuresthat all liquidation PODs are returned to the Documentation Department assoon as possible.
- Coordinateswith the Documentation Department and Customer Service regarding allproblematic PODs.
- UpdatesZealit for reefer van and ISO tank transactions.

Educational Background
- Mustbe a college graduate of any course. A technical background is anadvantage.
Professional Experience
- Atleast 1 to 2 years of experience in the same industry.
