Job Responsibilities

  • Procurement of office assets such as equipment, stationeries, pantry items
  • Proper record-keeping for office assets and other misc items
  • Cover reception duties such as answering phone calls, handling mails & packages, receiving & directing visitors, updating phone list, request for email IDs creation or deletion from HQ
  • Distribution of fax and emails to related personnel
  • Analysis of monthly utility, phone and internet bills
  • Booking of air tickets/accommodation
  • Provides administrative support to other departments to ensure efficient operation; handles requests and queries appropriately
  • Act as a Liaison for the payment of SSS, PHIC, HDMF and BIR
  • DOLE compliance such as reporting of end of contract and resigned/terminated employees
  • Ensure government labour policies and regulations are complied
  • Files sickness notification and computation of approved SSS claims of employee incurred in accident or sickness incident
  • Prepare statutory report and remittances such as SSS, PHIC & HDMF
  • Prepare Alpha List of employees (1601CF)
  • In-charge of maintaining digital and electronic records of employees (201 files) and company files
  • Maintain a personal file for all employees including leave movement
  • Responsible for the issuance of memorandum
  • In charge of accurately preparing workers' payroll.
  • Responsible for managing employee appraisal procedures.
  • Facilitating the end-to-end process of employee recruitment and onboarding.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
