Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Copywriter, who will help to elevate our brand in the marketplace while working in a fun and relaxed environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating copy for email blasts, follow-up emails, sales emails, and all steps of our sales funnels. You will play a critical role in our marketing process and contribute to our growth.

Position Responsibilities
  • Manage our brand across multiple media channels such as print, internet, social media, and advertising.
  • Write compelling copy for emails and funnel steps, leveraging sales and psychology knowledge to improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze email and funnel statistics to actively improve conversion rates at all stages.
  • Split test copy in all emails and funnels.
  • Participate in high-level discussions and strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Suites.
  • Knowledge of Hubspot and/or Salesforce CRM.
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other leaders to identify opportunities.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining budgets, schedules, marketing plans, tactics, and resources.
Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Marketing Copywriter.
  • Project and team management experience.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Planning, budgeting, and reporting experience.
  • Content creation expertise.
  • Superior research and analytical skills.
  • SEO strategy knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing.
  • Proven success in executing marketing programs like targeted direct mail, email campaigns, field events, and social media.

Physical Requirements

This role is largely sedentary, requiring long periods of sitting/standing, computer use, and occasional movement around the office. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
