Appcentric is currently seeking a SAP RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate) Consultant to join our dynamic, highly motivated Consulting Team. At Appcentric, a Consultant works with customers and plays a lead role in the support and delivery of SAP PS services that are focused on SAP's Flexible Real Estate (RE-FX) module; as well as provides expertise in the area of SAP RE-FX and best practices.

The key responsibilities in this role require you to use your expertise in SAP RE-FX to assist our clients' SAP Flexible Real Estate requirements from conceptual development through to implementation.

Job Description and Requirements:
  1. Play a key role in the full project lifecycle, from initial set-up of the project to the final delivery of the resulting SAP Flexible Real Estate solution.
  2. Focus on business process re-engineering efforts and technology enablement.
  3. Earn trusted client status and build relationships that extend beyond the project's lifecycle.
  4. Apply strong knowledge of the business processes for designing, developing, and testing SAP functions associated with Flexible Real Estate as well as integration with SAP Financials, SAP Project Systems and Plant Maintenance.
  5. Facilitate blueprinting and design sessions and create functional requirements.
  6. Configure SAP Flexible Real Estate systems to meet client business requirements, including integration points with FI, PM and PS modules and implementation of SAP best practices.
  7. Conduct knowledge transfer and training of end-users, including sharing best practices.
Skill and Experience Requirements:
  1. Must have strong experience in Flexible Real Estate module in SAP.
  2. Should understand how RE-FX interfaces with other modules such as FI, CO, PM and PS. Has understanding of latest functionalities and features in SAP ECC 6.0.
  3. Has the ability to read, debug, and understand ABAP custom code.
  4. 3 to 5 years of SAP Techno-Functional experience in SAP Flexible Real Estate.
  5. Knowledge of and ability to debug ABAP is a major plus (Techno-Functional).
  6. Must know how to handle multiple currencies in a Project.
  7. Experience in using workflow with Flexible Real Estate.
  8. Working knowledge of the functionality of all of the other core SAP modules (FI, CO, PM, PS) and integration points.
  9. Working knowledge of the ABAP Workbench.
