HR Generalist:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and facilitate SBMA-compliant onboarding.
  • Enforce HR policies, handbooks, and internal memos with clear documentation and audit trails
  • Collaborate with payroll and accounting teams to ensure accurate compensation and benefits processing
  • Support employee growth through training initiatives and performance evaluations.
  • Address employee concerns, facilitate disciplinary actions, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Support government benefits administration (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
  • Maintain updated 201 files, contracts, and government-mandated documentation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years HR experience in a BPO or high-volume environment
  • Strong understanding of labor law,OSH standards, internal controls, and role boundaries
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
