What You'll be Doing -
We are looking for a talented Content Writer to join our Global Demand Generation Talent Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have elite writing skills and 3-4 years of experience in content creation, particularly in BPO industry copywriting specifically about its workforce to attract future employees on a global scale. If you have a passion for storytelling, a knack for creating engaging content, and the ability to adapt your tone for different audiences, we want to hear from you

During a Typical Day, You'll

  1. Brainstorm and develop creative concepts, focusing first on quantity and then on quality. Always using data and SEO best practices to guide your content strategy.
  2. Refine and execute campaigns across digital media.
  3. Work closely with creative, social media, and regional leads teams to help our story cut through.
  4. Develop concepts that resonate with our audience and reflect our brand values while positioning our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) with the most competitive advantage.
  5. Help define and evolve our brand voice.
  6. Serve as a tactical writer and editor, supporting talent brand marketing and communications programming for all channels (social, web, digital, third-party, etc.).
  7. Master and own the brand's voice, working with public figures and company leaders to ensure consistency in voice and mission.
  8. Work with junior staff and cross-functional teams to guide and mentor work and projects, providing tangible, digestible feedback.
  9. Review historical campaigns, content, and writing to repurpose and innovate on historically successful content projects.
  10. Support leadership in shaping department strategy and resourcing.
  11. Expert understanding in copywriting optimization using SEMRush, Jasper, and other SEO tools.
  12. Utilize deep knowledge of various content types, including downloadables, landing pages, blogs, e-books, and more, to elevate our content strategy.
  13. Project manage to deliver high-volume and high-quality content for key sites worldwide while using bulk content writing and planning strategies to stay on top of the scale of work.
  14. Understand different cultural nuances to create relevant content for a global audience.

What You Bring to the Role

  1. Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and copywriting skills.
  2. 3-4 years of experience in BPO or a global workforce talent attraction copywriting role, either in-house or at an agency, is preferred.
  3. Strong project management skills, with experience in agile methodologies and proficiency in tools like Asana.
  4. Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush is required, while familiarity with Jasper is a plus.
  5. Proven ability to drive organic traffic through SEO best practices and blending keyword strategy with compelling content.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  7. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with designers, marketers, and product teams.
  8. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
