The Role:

This individual will be responsible for administering and extending the applications with code and configurations, while also supporting our international team with production support and enhancement requests. The candidate should have experience with NetSuite SuiteScript and SuiteFlow development. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a globally dispersed, remote environment flexible to adjust to different time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administration and support of NetSuite ERP, including our billing engine Zone Advanced Billing (ZAB)
  2. Support Netsuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) module - Manage configurations, support bug fixes and enhancements, test changes
  3. Develop and extend NetSuite functionality using SuiteScript and SuiteFlow
  4. Collaborate with our international IT & Business teams for support
  5. Work on Jira tickets for Netsuite issues, bugs or enhancement requests
  6. Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis, document fixes
  7. Communicate to stakeholders to understand support requests, requirements & testing
  8. Participate in testing and quality assurance activities
  9. Document processes and procedures related to financial systems
  10. Support testing of Netsuite release upgrade activities, manage support cases

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, Accounting or related field
  2. At least 4-5 years of experience in financial systems / ERP administration and support
  3. Experience with functional modules like Receivables, Payables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Revenue Recognition and subscription billing
  4. Experience with NetSuite ERP, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM)
  5. Strong scripting skills with experience in SuiteScript and SuiteFlow
  6. Ability to work in a globally dispersed, remote environment with different time zones
  7. Ability to support during US hours and weekends if any urgency arises
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  10. Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  11. Strong documentation skills (i.e., solution/system design, process flows and technical requirements)

Preferred qualifications:

  1. NetSuite Certification
  2. Experience with Zone Advanced Billing (ZAB)
  3. Experience with Jira and Agile methodologies
  4. Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  5. Familiarity with other financial systems and applications including Coupa, Stripe, SureTax, Blackline
