Job Title: IT Systems & Infrastructure Lead

Location: North Caloocan | Full-time | Kai Mall / Kai World / Food Town

Reports to: Head of IT

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on IT Systems & Infrastructure Lead to support our growing mall, F&B, and entertainment operations. You will handle the physical and technical backbone of the business — from POS setup and CCTV maintenance to network stability and systems support — working closely with our software-focused Head of IT.

This is a critical role in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly across all venues and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

· - Set up and maintain hardware systems including POS terminals, CCTV, routers, access points, and office tech

· - Manage local networks and internet infrastructure across multiple venues

· - Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related incidents for mall and store staff

· - Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, installation, and maintenance

· - Support implementation of IT security policies, backups, and device monitoring

· - Document and maintain inventory of IT assets and configurations

Must-Have Skills:

· - Strong experience in IT hardware setup, network troubleshooting, and system maintenance

· - Familiarity with POS systems and their integration with operations

· - Working knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, and endpoint security

· - Ability to coordinate with vendors and field technicians

· - Proactive problem-solving and good documentation habits

Bonus Experience:

· - Exposure to mall, retail, F&B, or hospitality environments

· - Basic understanding of IT compliance, data backup, and security protocols

· - Experience supporting a multi-site setup
