As a Workplace Solutions Manager (WSM) of the team, your main objective is to work closely with the Workspace Solutions VP/Head to generate leads, identify opportunities, increase Pipeline, establish client relationships, and assist in Build-To-Suit (BTS) project management and implementation. The people we need are ambitious and creative with strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills that are driven and motivated. Strong command of English is also a must.

We would also like to see people who prioritize career advancement. Lastly, the Workplace Solutions Manager (WSM) should be able to increase KMC Solutions client's portfolio to interact directly with the Sales team and Marketing team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Workspace Solutions Relationship Manager's main role structure:
    • WSM & WSSrM will report directly to the Head of Workspace Solutions (VP)
    • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and sales displays for Workspace Solutions
    • Coordinate site visits with clients for Workspace Solutions
    • Contact, coordinate, and follow up with clients regarding ongoing BTS engagements or potential BTS opportunities in the pipeline
    • Attend client meetings with Workspace Solutions (AVP) for pitches
    • Develop quotes and proposals (but Head of Workspace Solutions/AVP takes on full accountability of the Costing/ P&L)
    • Document all notes from client meetings regarding requirements, design, and build details (during implementation)
    • Attend and coordinate internal meetings as well as supplier meetings (design and implementation proper)
    • Outbound lead generation
    • Attend networking events to develop new potential BUILD TO SUIT leads
    • Maintain and grow business by interacting with top 1000 Corporations
    • Utilize LinkedIn Premium to generate and develop client leads and relationships
    • Develop new accounts by responding promptly and proactively to inquiries through personal networks
    • Seek referrals by expanding relationships with existing clients
    • Attend client meetings
    • Achieve targets: Targets TBD
    • Ensure necessary actions are undertaken by the account team
    • Lead project management activity including event planning
    • Use an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business
    • Deal with all aspects of a targeted outbound sales campaign
    • Make outbound calls to new potential customers
    • Maintain an active presence on social networks to develop new client leads and relationships
    • Assist in developing and executing strategic recommendations that drive revenue
    • Handle end-to-end sales activities for own Serviced Office leads (BCP, Disaster Recovery, and Staff leasing leads should be handed over to VP for Sales for assignment)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
  • At least 3 years of Sales experience
  • Must be good with numbers, internet-savvy, and enjoy winning business
  • Strong conversational skills and high level of spoken and written English competency
  • Experience or background in Fit-out and Construction, Design and Build & Project management

  • Strong work ethic with an ability and willingness to execute a high volume of calls/emails
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new marketing and business development techniques
