  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Must be highly organized.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
  • Good Comprehension and Listening Skills.
  • Proficient in Computer applications such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint Presentation.
  • Must be willing to do field/liaison work.
  • Willing to work on flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting management or entire departments.
  • Provides administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
  • Performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests.

Other Responsibilities Include:

  • Schedule Meetings – Alert management of cancellations or new meetings.
  • Manage and book travel flights.
  • Bank Errands and bills payment.
  • Updating reports.
  • Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.
  • Prepare correspondence.
  • Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked up.
  • Coordinate office management activities.
  • Determine matters of top priority and handle accordingly.
  • Takes and transcribe dictation.
  • Relay Activities, instructions, and assignment to executives.
  • Receive and relay telephone messages.
