The Sales and Business Development Manager will plan and lead the execution of sales and student recruitment strategies for the different programs of the School. Leading a team of Student Recruitment Supervisors, s/he will ensure the implementation of sales strategies with the objective of achieving enrollment and revenue targets.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  1. Oversees Business Development and Sales initiatives of the School.
  2. Manages the execution of business development and sales activities of the programs in close coordination with the Marketing Team to achieve desired enrollment and revenue targets.
  3. Leads and manages the delivery and continuous development of an effective recruitment and admissions services that would enable achievement of enrollment targets.
  4. Develops and implements recruitment and admission processes in accordance with the policies and standards of the Asian Institute of Management.
  5. Ensures the provision of a customer-focused service to applicants and enquirers, prompt processing of applications and queries to meet agreed targets for the different programs.
  6. Plans, organizes, and supervises the implementation of recruitment projects and events. Ensures accurate and updated information on recruitment and admission-related collaterals.
  7. Builds strong relationships with other AIM programs and departments, and external recruitment partners such as local government units, alumni, and industry partners.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Management or any related course.

Minimum Experience: Minimum 5 years business development and/or sales work experience.

Business Understanding: Highly literate in Excel/PowerPoint and CRM tools; good presentation skills; excellent in written and verbal communications; strong in building client relationships, with excellent client acquisition skills. Result-oriented, a good team player, able to handle pressure and meet deadlines, has attention to detail, and has the ability to work well with diverse personalities.
