Job Description:

Apply technical knowledge (SAP FICO) to solve application issues, incidents, and problems with moderate to high risk/complexity.
Provide specific technical expertise, including problem investigation, estimating, proposing alternative solutions, and addressing security considerations.
Lead and guide team members working on a specific application, serving as a subject-matter expert in the application's functions and interfaces.
Coordinate work assignments and activities within the team, and provide technical support and input on technology application, solutions, and integration opportunities.
Communicate effectively with the client community as appropriate to the scope, in coordination with client delivery management.
Integrate technical knowledge and business understanding to develop superior solutions for DXC and its customers.
Build SAP FICO capabilities within the department through training, certifications, cross-skilling, and mentoring.
Manage a team responsible for package software application development.
Coordinate project execution and allocate resources efficiently.
Collaborate with senior management to define team, account, or departmental goals.
Ensure the timely delivery of software solutions.
Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Facilitate collaboration across departments and teams.
Identify and address project risks and issues.
