The main responsibilities of a COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST include:

  • Conduct all job responsibilities in compliance with applicable regulations, current operating procedures, and industry practices.
  • Prepare and monitor all documentation required for ALL Local pre- and post-compliances such as drafting license applications, terminations, and amendments.
  • Represent the regulatory compliance for all inspection, inquiries, and requests for documents with regards to LGU, CDC, BIR, DOLE, and BFP permits & certifications.
  • Receive and respond to inquiries, requests for consultation, and complaints from other departments and clients.
  • Preparation & monitoring of ALL Governmental Regulatory compliances of the Company.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of weekly updates on ALL tasks based on compliance metrics.
  • Monitor compliance calendar and highlight delays to ensure that companies' compliances are completed on time.
  • Process the end-to-end application for new and renewal of BOC and OMB permits (PEZA and NON-PEZA).
  • Familiarity with the regulatory process and most recent compliances with various government agencies/organizations.
  • Identify and suggest changes to work processes with a view to streamlining operations.
  • Ensure that all files in the storage and cabinets are properly tagged and secured.
  • Maintain document storage file (Z-drive) orderly for efficient & quick referencing.
  • Attend to clients' inquiries and requests for documents with regards to LGU, BIR, DOLE, BFP permits & certifications.
  • Stay updated on ALL existing & new issuances & guidelines from LGU, BIR, DOLE & BFP.
  • Ensure 0% SLA breach on tickets assigned to her.
  • Handle special projects or other duties as may be required from time to time.

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • Graduate with a bachelor's degree Major in Accountancy, Finance, Management, Political Science, or other business management courses.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in the BPO industry or shared companies.
  • Background in compliance.

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

  • Good English (verbal and written) communication skills.
  • Experience in handling basic compliance (LGU, BIR, DOLE, BFP) requirements is an added advantage.
  • Great attention to detail, and the ability to concentrate and organize work.
  • Capable of multi-tasking and has good time management skills.
  • Experience in Windows applications is a must.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with partners, associates, and clients.

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements:

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance.
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC).
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background.
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth).
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued).
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO).
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC's Onboarding Team).
