Responsibilities- Make outbound and receive inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Educate customers on products and services, identifying upsell opportunities
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions

Physical RequirementsThis job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will regularly operate a computer and other office equipment. Occasional movement around the office may be required. Physical effort may include lifting up to forty (40) pounds.
