Are you obsessed with social media growth, love building community online, and know how to turn attention into impact? We're hiring a Social Media Growth & Management Specialist to drive engagement, visibility, and influence across our growing dental-related brands.

Brands You'll Manage:

  • Dentistry Support (DS) – The dental office operations pros.

  • Dentistry Support Academy (DSA) – Training the next generation of dental admins.

  • No Silver Spoons (NSS) – A podcast-style brand disrupting the dental space.

  • mentor.SBH – Sarah Beth's personal brand as a mentor and thought leader.

Who We're Looking For:

  • You live and breathe social media strategy

  • You're not afraid to engage, comment, and pitch

  • You're organized, proactive, and can juggle multiple brands with ease

  • Experience with dental or healthcare industries is a big plus, but not required

  • Strong written English and good judgment in communication style is a must

What You'll Be Doing: Daily Engagement & Growth

  • Like, comment, and interact with new and current followers daily

  • Use strategic follow/unfollow tactics to increase brand visibility

  • Engage with Instagram and Facebook Stories to boost reach

  • Participate in dental Facebook groups (including our Dental Collaborative)

Content & Community Management

  • Consistently post to Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn for all four brands

  • Customize posts per platform for maximum impact

  • Optimize posting schedules and hashtags for each audience

LinkedIn Domination

  • Grow all brand LinkedIn pages with valuable, consistent activity

  • Build Sarah Beth's personal LinkedIn into a leading voice in dentistry

  • Share thoughtful updates, industry news, and resources to build trust and credibility

PR & Media Outreach

  • Research and reach out to journalists who've covered dental industry stories

  • Pitch Dentistry Support's mission, services, and growth as media-worthy stories

  • Position Dentistry Support as a bold, innovative solution for dental offices worldwide
