A Commercial Sales Consultant of CW Home Depot is responsible for the following:

  1. Handles volume/bulk sales transactions of CW Home Depot
  2. Source and identify potential buyers, new construction projects, and close sales deals
  3. Assist clients such as Architects, Builders, Contractors, Developers, Engineers, and users with a bill of materials for projects and walk-ins
  4. Hit the monthly quota as set by the management
  5. Ensure all sales documents are properly accounted
  6. Submit daily report needed by the Sales Head
  7. Ensure that the product recommended to the client meets the standards set by the company (proper estimate with the given area, quality, durability, and availability of stocks)
  8. Promote promotions of CW Home Depot
  9. For walk-ins – manage inquiry until transaction and delivery for after-sales feedback
  10. For projects – use email, telemarketing, fax, CI (credit investigation), and saturation (present sample needed by the client) to convert into sales
  11. Join events as requested by Marketing, Corporate Communications, and top management

We are looking for someone with:

  1. At least college level/undergraduate
  2. One year of experience in sales in retail and construction is an advantage but not required
  3. Excellent sales ability and product knowledge
  4. Technical knowledge of merchandise
  5. Good verbal and written communication skills
  6. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  7. Willingness for fieldwork assignments
  8. Willingness to work during holidays
