The Opportunity

Join the dynamic team at Ethos Skin Aesthetics' as a Sales Consultant. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service at our Pasig City location. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in achieving our business objectives and enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their skincare needs and recommend appropriate products and treatment services

  • Make strategies in order to promote and sell products or services to patients, clients, and customers to meet and exceed the sales quota as given by the management.

  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive and memorable clinic experience

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range, treatments, and industry trends

  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Ethos Skin Aesthetics' brand

  • Manage appointments of patients and ensure proper coordination between clinic and client.

  • Facilitate payment and sales transactions of the clients, customers, and patients.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the beauty or skincare industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

  • Strong product knowledge and medical aesthetics treatment knowledge and a passion for the beauty and aesthetics industry

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and thrive under pressure

  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a positive customer experience

  • Enthusiasm, resilience, and a team-oriented approach
