The External Marketing Agency Coordinator will be responsible for managing relationships with external marketing agencies located primarily in the US and Australia. This role ensures agency performance aligns with our objectives and holds them accountable to their Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The Coordinator will oversee a mix of performance marketing agencies, PR agencies, event agencies, SEO agencies, media buying agencies, and others, and will be involved in identifying and onboarding new agencies as needed.

The main responsibilities of an EXTERNAL MARKETING AGENCY COORDINATOR include:
Key Responsibilities:- Agency Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for all external marketing agencies, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of all external agencies, ensuring they meet or exceed their SLAs.
- Accountability: Hold agencies accountable for their deliverables, performance metrics, and timelines.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with external agencies in the US and Australia to foster collaboration and ensure alignment with our marketing goals.
- Agency Identification: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new marketing agencies as needed to support our marketing initiatives.
- Reporting: Provide regular performance reports and updates to internal stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets related to external agency engagements, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to ensure our agency partners are utilizing the most effective strategies and tools.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams including performance marketing, creatives, strategy, and sales to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on managing external marketing agencies.
- Agency Knowledge: Strong understanding of various types of marketing agencies including performance marketing, PR, events, SEO, and media buying.
- Regional Experience: Experience working with agencies in the US and Australia is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple agency relationships and projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze performance data and metrics to evaluate agency performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
- Proactive and Detail-Oriented: A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements:
- Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance.
- Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC).
- 2x2 & Half body picture with white background.
- Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth).
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs – front & back (government-issued).
- Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO).
- Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC's Onboarding Team).
