Are you interested to work as a Senior Enterprise Architect? In this role, you will proactively and holistically support Enterprise Architecture (EA) activities that guide the development and management of IT Roadmaps in line with Grundfos needs and according to IS Governance structures.

What is the Job all about?

As Senior Enterprise Architect, you will take responsibility for the adoption and use of Enterprise Architecture tools and frameworks in IS Delivery Areas and business functions. In collaboration with IS and business stakeholders, you will also take responsibility for defining and maintaining the roadmap for Enterprise Architecture tools. Furthermore, you will also take responsibility for education and training of key stakeholders in Grundfos Architecture Management Setup (LeanIX).

This role will be directly reporting to the Director for Enterprise Architecture, Security and will be based in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Drive implementation of Application Portfolio Management in IS Delivery Areas.
  • Drive execution of EA portfolio according to decided project and execution models.
  • Drive and take responsibility for IS-oriented IT platform clarification and preparation activities in close cooperation with IS Delivery Areas.
  • Participate in business-oriented IT platform clarification and preparation activities in close cooperation with IS Delivery Areas and business stakeholders.
  • Participate in the development of overall IT Plans in Grundfos.
  • Support initiation and take responsibility for finalization of Delivery Area architecture Plans.
  • Support initiation and take responsibility for finalization of EA project portfolio according to decided budget and portfolio processes and IS Governance Structures.

Your background:

  • Knowledgeable of IT best practices/standards and controls e.g., modular architecture, pace layered approach, and service-oriented architecture.
  • Solid Experience in IT Architecture and Architecture Management frameworks like TOGAF.
  • Deep insights of IT service management (ITSM) and information technology infrastructure library (ITIL).
  • Hands-on experience in different modelling languages e.g., UML and ArchiMate.
  • Strong background and experience from a similar position, preferably, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Experience with enterprise architectural management tools like LeanIX is good to have.
  • Familiar with major business application platforms SAP, Microsoft and Adobe.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills at operational level as well as executive level.
  • Ability to articulate new ideas and concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Analytical and a problem solver.
  • Understanding the long-term ('big picture') and the short-term implementation.
  • Apt at quickly comprehending the functions and capabilities of new technologies.
