PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs
  2. Design, develop, and implement work items to the needs of the organization
  3. Work with technical teams to ensure solutions' utility
  4. Build relationships with stakeholders from various departments
  5. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure system adoption
  6. Assist team in solutioning, issue resolution, and outcome documentation
  7. Help define the roadmap and prioritize with the team
  8. Create artifacts that would help the team or stakeholders move things forward
  9. Perform testing, guide acceptance, and assist with deployment activities
  10. Coach and mentor junior members of the team
  11. Look for continuously improving processes for the benefit of customers and the team
  12. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:
  1. College degree or equivalent experience
  2. Great experience interacting with stakeholders and helping define the requirements
  3. Demonstrable experience with enterprise applications development life cycle
  4. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud is preferred
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven technical writing abilities
  6. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  7. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  8. Systematic, disciplined, and analytical approach to problem solving; detail oriented
