Job Requirements for CAD Operator:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting Technology or equivalent.
  • Good spoken and written communication.
  • Preferably with 1 year experience in a Japanese architectural firm.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Preferably with knowledge in CAD related software.
  • Able to work with high standards.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and discipline to accomplish quality drawing works.
  • With or without experience are welcome to apply.
  • Willing to be trained.
  • Fulltime positions available.
  • Preferably residing in Makati or any location within an hour travel time to and from the office location.

Job Responsibilities for CAD Operator:

  • Draft architectural plans and specifications using JW CAD and other Japanese software.
  • Create revisions/repair of drawings based on comments and recommendations of Japanese designers.
  • Preparation of plans and project deliverables.
  • Can operate office equipment and do basic troubleshooting.

Technical Skills for Renderer:

  • A good eye for composition.
  • Eager to provide or acquire photographic reference.
  • Strong sense of composition, color, and design.
  • Strong fine arts foundation skills, such as photography and photographic lighting.
  • 2D experience is a major plus.
  • Good grip on rendering in 3D software.
  • Rendering experience is required.

Job Description for Renderer:

  • Create photorealistic set extensions and 3D digital environments and props.
  • Includes modeling, texturing, and general asset creation for a partial or entire digital environment.
  • Further duties include basic shader work, lighting, and rendering of environment assets.
  • Proven ability to work closely with other artists under tight production schedules.

Notes:

  • LCO Phils. is a Japanese company. For Architecture graduates who plan on taking the Licensure Examination, working for the company cannot be credited as experience.
