KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create, update, and modify technical drawings and designs using CAD software, following project specifications.

  • Produce accurate drawings for telecom towers, including antennas, equipment layouts, and supports.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for tower design and installation.

  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into precise drawings.

  • Communicate effectively with team members to address design-related queries.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of design revisions and approvals.

  • Organize and manage design files for easy access and reference.

  • Review and verify design drawings for accuracy and completeness.

  • Conduct quality control checks on final designs and make necessary corrections.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

  • Perform other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior.

  • Complies with the proper operating procedures of safety and health standards/regulations.

  • Support and implements Environmental Management System with respect to their job.

  • Adheres to Policies/Procedures, Employee Code of Ethics and Conduct, and Corporate Governance.

  • Protect intellectual property, Company propriety and confidential information.

TECHNICAL & BEHAVIORAL SKILLS

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering design plans, diagrams, and layouts.

  • Proven experience as a CAD Operator in telecom or construction industry for at least 2 years.

  • Proficiency in creating technical drawings, including 2D and 3D representations, elevation views, and detailed schematics.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise technical drawings.

  • Strong problem-solving skills to address design challenges, resolve conflicts, and propose innovative solutions.

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Software tools (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)

  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders

  • Efficient time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines and handle multiple design tasks simultaneously.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Associate Degree or Diploma in a relevant field such as Computer-Aided Design, Engineering Technology, or Drafting Technology.

Work Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

Work Schedule: (8:00 am to 5:00pm)
