About the Role

The TikTok Host of livestream production assistants, livestream hosts, and video content associates under the direct supervision of the Philippines head of Marketing and in liaison with both the marketing team of execs and the commercial team's Key Account Managers. His / her main responsibility is to timely materialize the planned volume of livestream sessions and video content at the right level of quality to ensure revenue targets are met.

What will you be Doing

  • Manage the TikTok team (production assistants, livestream hosts, and video content associates) as a sales force with a strong focus on delivering the targets.
  • Create schedules for hosts based on monthly plans, resources, and historical data to optimize performance.
  • Allocate content production requests to the team ensuring the creative directions communicated by the KAM and content lead are followed.
  • QC the livestreams and videos content before publication.
  • Review hosts and video content KPIs, conduct coaching and training sessions to provide direction to hosts and content associates.
  • Motivate the livestream hosts to ensure the right level of energy and commitment throughout the livestream sessions.
  • Monitor planning implementation, update brands dashboard weekly and monitor trends to recommend corrective actions if needed.
  • Ensure data accuracy.
  • Ensure appropriate livestream supervision for all timeslots (7 AM - 11 PM).

Who we look for – the ideal profile

  • Sales driven preferably with advanced knowledge of social media and social commerce in general, TikTok in particular, but outstanding sales track record without social media knowledge can be considered.
  • Creative and entrepreneurial with excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Live streaming sales experience is a strong plus.
  • Proactive self-starter who understands Intrepid vision & mission and can be the company's best service ambassador.
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented.
