Title: Workday Configurations Lead - Manila

What you'll do

  1. Lead a team of Workday Configuration Analysts.
  2. Lead Workday configuration implementations from start to finish.
  3. Lead HRIS system strategy.
  4. Act as the lead for Workday HCM module, providing support to HR/Payroll leads and users for all Workday modules.
  5. Serve as a liaison between cross-functional business teams, understanding business needs and providing data analysis/reporting while handling complex tasks.
  6. Maintain the Workday system in support of the organization including data management and reporting needs.
  7. Lead issue resolution, complex system/process questions, and change requests.
  8. Participate in various HR projects to provide technical HR system support.
  9. Work with business partners to document report requirements; design and build recurring and ad-hoc reports using Workday's report writing tools.

What we're looking for

  • 7-10 years of working experience and 5-7 years of domain experience.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced start-up environment. Adaptable to changes and challenges.
  • Change process improvement experience. Ability to prioritize, push for desirable results, and delegate.
  • Ability to adopt standard processes while applying customized approaches based on different cases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Changing the restaurant industry: You'll be part of a team that helps restaurants succeed in online food delivery.
  • Collaborative environment: You will receive support and guidance from experienced colleagues and managers, helping you to learn, grow, and achieve your goals, and you'll work closely with other teams to ensure our customers' success.
