Position Summary:

Provides business analysis, solutions and support for all Enterprise global supply chain activities for Center of Excellence, Supplier Quality & Development, Global Supplier Records, Global Spend Cube, GMTE Supplier Classification, E Sourcing, Supplier Performance and other initiatives under Corporate team.

Required Education / Experience / Skills:

  1. Have at least 5-7 years of experience in Supply Chain.
  2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably but not required (Computer Science, Supply Chain related courses, Industrial Engineering).
  3. Detail oriented and accurate.
  4. Strong background in implementing Project Management. Strong business acumen and International exposure, experience in dealing with matrixed organization.
  5. Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel, others).
  6. Proficient with Microsoft Power BI or similar analytics tools.
  7. Strong analytic skills related to working with structured and unstructured datasets.
  8. Flexible, able to work on own initiative, deal with more than one project at a time, can work under pressure and tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  9. Very good communication skills, verbal and written.
  10. Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen implementation background desired.
  11. Self-starter and a strong team player.
  12. Sophisticated problem-solver.

Major Responsibilities:

  1. Provides solutions for RRX's supply base as part of Corporate Supplier Development team using the suite of Microsoft's PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate Flow, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations on the platform. Work directly with Suppliers, BU/Corporate sourcing leads, plant buyers & quality teams to support various IT application projects and solutions.
  2. Utilize problem-solving skills to understand current pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise.
  3. Ensure Microsoft Power Platform installation, configuration, bug fixing, administration, and functional support to expand capabilities along with Policy & SOP documentation that are published on RRX intranet/internet pages.
  4. Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing. Identify areas and processes where tools can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement.
  5. Track project progress, budgeting, CRP/UAT/Tollgate review through project management tools to shorten lead times, buy-ins, effective implementation.
  6. Coordinate meetings to ensure project progress accordingly.
  7. Support suppliers and RRX team members on technical matters (on his/her area of strength).
  8. Conduct business dealings with the highest level of integrity and regard for legal and environmental issues.
  9. Lead and collaborate with different cross-functional managers with regards to their supply chain project plans in supporting the business tactical and strategic business plans.
  10. Gather and evaluate data from multiple sources of different business units. Analyze, reconcile and identify measurable opportunities for improvement. Identify and implement audit processes to ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner.
  11. Initiate the Strategic Sourcing KPI accuracy analysis and provide a deeper analysis on the dynamics of the monthly KPI report. Participate in the Strategic Sourcing monthly cadence and discussion to help give a better understanding on how the metric is coming using the analysis done on KPI scorecard. Provide complex data analysis in aiding the creation of business decisions of the whole business unit.
  12. Develop and maintain processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity of supply chain applications across multiple plants and multiple business units. Create and maintain workflows and approval processes based on internal stakeholder requirements.
  13. Act as subject matter expert for new processes, KPI's, and data management and aid in training for new processes. Collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements. Partner with various managers to design optimal solutions that meet the business needs of our internal and external customers.
  14. Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.
  15. Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
  16. Work to achieve business targets with significant impact on department results.
  17. Receive little instruction on daily work.
  18. May review work of others and provide constructive feedback.
  19. Lead initiatives for own area of specialty.
  20. Work to influence parties within the function at an operational level.
