Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree.
  • PMP, Scrum, or similar project management certifications are highly preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing technology-focused projects, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing complex digitization projects or IT transformation initiatives.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of system integration, digital transformation, and enterprise solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and digital workflow automation.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

Leadership & Communication:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Project Management Expertise:

  • Proven experience in managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budget.
  • Ability to identify risks and issues early on and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and deliver projects that meet their business needs.
  • Experience in managing client expectations and ensuring satisfaction with deliverables.
