This position supports efficient decision-making and optimization through data-driven insights, with close collaboration with product, marketing, and operations teams. The role involves monitoring tools, innovation, and understanding of business processes. It is crucial for monitoring and alerting functions related to payments, bonusing, and risk and fraud activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze the company's main KPIs using advanced BI tools.
  • Explore and analyze large-scale data sets to optimize business performance.
  • Collaborate with various teams to support decision-making.
  • Build dashboards and notify management of outliers.
  • Create new data sources for exploration.
  • Participate in cross-departmental data projects.

Who we are looking for:

  • At least 3 years of experience in an analytical/data role.
  • BA in a quantitative field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Math).
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience with Tableau and building complex dashboards; Power BI is a plus.
  • Experience with big data tools like Snowflake and Google Analytics.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, creative, and a good communicator.
  • Familiarity with online gaming industry is an advantage.
