Design, develop, and maintain low-code/no-code business applications to modernize legacy systems and automate workflows at MinebeaMitsumi Cebu.

Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing custom business applications using low-code/no-code platforms such as Google AppSheets and Microsoft Power Apps
  • Replacing outdated applications with modern, scalable solutions
  • Working with Google Cloud and open-source relational databases to create a data ecosystem
  • Gathering and analyzing requirements from business process owners
  • Defining and managing a backlog for agile software development
  • Planning and coordinating testing to ensure application quality
  • Providing ongoing maintenance, improvements, and enhancements
  • Managing software licensing and ensuring compliance
About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience with low-code development is preferred, but fresh graduates are also accepted
  • Knowledge of cloud computing, especially Google Cloud
  • Experience working with SQL-based relational databases
  • Understanding of license management
  • Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and existing applications
  • Ability to work independently and manage remote work effectively
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills
