About the job Product Marketing AssociateKey Responsibilities:Work closely with the Product Marketing Manager to define product positioning and messaging based on market requirements to drive adoption and retentionPlan the launch of the product and manage its cross-functional executionDevelop product marketing plan, strategies (pricing, specifications, go-to-market, etc.) and product roadmap and track its status, ensuring that these are carried out efficientlyConduct marketing-related research, which includes research on current market conditions (problem, demand, sizing, etc.) and competitor information to identify opportunities and threats and help us direct our future business and marketing plansHelp in creating, copywriting, and managing content for various channels and platforms including but not limited to website, LinkedIn, social media, newsletters, and other marketing collaterals to push the sales of the productMonitor and analyze product performance and usage, and generate accurate reports and win/loss analysis based on consolidated dataQualifications:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College degreeWith at least 1 year work experience in product marketing, especially in the area of product content. Fresh graduates with marketing experience are welcome to apply.Good working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace (Google Docs, etc.)Strong analytical and critical-thinking skillsMust have a global perspective and be able to work in a cross-cultural environmentAble to work under pressure in a fast-moving and high-growth environmentMethodical, meticulous, and well-organizedSelf-driven, high initiative, and results-orientedExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skillsFor regular position, full-time employment.
