Australian Pathways is seeking a full-time, dedicated Tender Coordinator / Joinery Estimator to support an Australian joinery business delivering medium to large commercial and apartment joinery projects across Melbourne, Sydney and Queensland.
The position is a work from home setup employed by Australian Pathways and will work exclusively with our Australian client, reporting directly to the client's commercial team.
This is a commercial estimating and tender coordination role, not simply a quantity take-off position. The successful candidate will be expected to review project documentation, assess supplier pricing, identify omissions and scope gaps, challenge pricing where required, and help develop accurate and competitive tender submissions.
The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, highly detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to look at a quotation and ask:"What is missing from this price?"
They should be comfortable questioning supplier pricing, identifying risks and following up outstanding information rather than simply accepting quotations at face value.
