Job Description

  • You will be responsible to plan, coordinate and carry out sourcing and onboarding of manpower agencies.
  • You will conduct interviews with the vendors, evaluate their performances based on their pitch, negotiate on the terms of business and close the deals that are in mutual agreement between the entity and the vendors.
  • You will work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders, internally (recruitment, legal, procurement, etc.) and externally (vendors).
  • You will prepare training materials for the vendors and ensure that the standard operating guidelines are in place.
  • You will also need to schedule and provide training to all new vendors, ensuring that their knowledge is sufficient prior to operations.
  • You will need to make sure that the operations meet the targeted SLAs by general management by exhibiting your problem-solving and employee coaching/training skills wherever needed.
  • You will have to provide data reports and identify potential improvements to existing processes to improve the efficiency of your team.
  • You should carry the Shopee Values in your work while continuously improving your output and attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement.
Requirements
  • Experienced in recruiting vendors, preferably manpower agencies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Well-versed with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • Degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management or relevant disciplines is preferred. Others with transferable skillsets are welcomed to apply.
