Operations Training Specialist

The Role:
The Training and Development Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills in the Forex industry. This role ensures that both new and existing employees receive comprehensive education on company policies, Forex market fundamentals, trading strategies, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Training Materials: Create comprehensive training content, including presentations, manuals, and guides, tailored to various departments and expertise levels in collaboration with senior resources.
- New Hire Onboarding: Design and conduct orientation programs, introducing new employees to company culture, policies, procedures, and basic Forex knowledge.
- Forex Market Training: Deliver specialized training on Forex fundamentals, trading strategies, risk management techniques, and the use of trading platforms and tools.
- Continuous Learning Programs: Organize ongoing training sessions and workshops to keep employees informed about market trends, new trading techniques, and regulatory updates.
- Performance Evaluation: Assess training effectiveness through feedback, performance reviews, and knowledge assessments, making necessary improvements.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with department heads to identify training needs and develop cross-functional programs that promote collaboration.
- Training Administration: Manage training schedules, logistics, and resources to ensure seamless execution.
- Knowledge Assessments: Develop and administer monthly quizzes to evaluate employees' understanding of key Forex concepts, regulations, and strategies. Analyze results to provide targeted reinforcement.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure training remains relevant and effective.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and performance reports for management review.
- Adaptability: Adjust training programs to align with evolving business needs, market conditions, and technological advancements.
- Promote a Learning Culture: Foster an environment of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
- Ensure Compliance: Align all training activities with company policies, values, and ethical standards, reinforcing a culture of integrity and compliance.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with excellent presentation abilities.
- At least two years of experience in training is required.
- Forex experience or knowledge of Forex markets is highly preferred.
- Skilled in research, planning, organization, and time management, with strong administrative abilities.
- Capable of problem-solving and adapting quickly to changes.
- Highly motivated, able to work under pressure, and maintain a proactive approach.
- Creative thinker with the ability to address challenges effectively.
- Self-driven, able to work independently, and adaptable to flexible schedules or shift work as needed.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Exercises good judgment and discretion in decision-making.
- Comfortable working with diverse individuals and demonstrating effective training skills.
- Capable of adjusting to different communication and interpersonal styles.
- Able to simplify complex concepts for better understanding.
