Role: Project Administrator
Work Arrangement: Work From Office
Location: Philippines - Ortigas
Schedule: Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and records.
  • Track project progress, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, team members, and vendors as needed.
  • Manage project-related procurement, including invoices and expenses.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements.
  • Handle administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Support risk management efforts by identifying potential project issues.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and proposals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in project coordination or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation).
  • Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., construction, IT, healthcare].
  • Smartsheet knowledge is a plus.

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • Experience in project coordination or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
