iEminence Inc. is looking for an ERP Project Manager who will handle and lead multiple ERP implementation projects.

Job Description:
  • Project Initiation: Define the goals, stakeholders, scope, and general viability of ERP implementation projects. Understand the client's business needs, financial constraints, and timelines across multiple projects.
  • Project Planning: Draft comprehensive project roadmaps for ERP deployments. Establish deliverables, create project plans, assign resources, and assess risks for each project while maintaining overall portfolio oversight.
  • Resource Allocation: Identify and allocate manpower, tools, and financial resources for multiple projects. Ensure efficient and strategic resource utilization to achieve project goals across various engagements.
  • Task Assignment: Assign tasks to team members based on their expertise and experience with ERP systems. Clearly define roles and responsibilities to ensure accountability and smooth operations.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks specific to ERP implementation, such as data migration, system compatibility, and integration challenges. Develop mitigation strategies to manage risks across all active projects.
  • Communication: Establish effective communication channels for project teams, stakeholders, and clients. Provide regular updates, address concerns promptly, and maintain alignment across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Execution: Implement ERP project plans according to defined timelines and milestones for each project. Monitor progress, resolve issues proactively, and adjust strategies as required.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables, including ERP configurations, integrations, and documentation, meet client expectations and quality standards. Conduct routine quality checks for all ongoing projects.
  • Change Management: Manage evolving requirements, scope changes, and priority shifts systematically across multiple projects. Evaluate proposed changes for feasibility and impact while maintaining overall project alignment.
  • Closure and Evaluation: Upon completion of each project, conduct thorough evaluations to measure performance against objectives, budgets, and schedules. Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects and ensure smooth handovers to support teams.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Management, with demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge or experience with Infor ERP systems is a significant advantage. Familiarity with other ERP systems is also highly valued.
  • Proven ability to manage complex ERP implementations focusing on manufacturing and supply chain processes.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati.
  • Valid passport (mandatory) and flexibility to travel as needed.
