Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Director to lead our technology initiatives with a focus on project management and systems development. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional who can oversee the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade systems, applications, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring advanced expertise in .NET, a proven track record of managing complex IT projects, and the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead end-to-end project management for the development of systems, mobile apps, back-end architecture, and IT infrastructure.
  2. Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise systems.
  3. Oversee cross-functional teams of developers, engineers, and IT professionals to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  4. Drive strategic planning for infrastructure design and technology stack optimization.
  5. Ensure system reliability, security, and alignment with organizational goals.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, set priorities, and manage expectations.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: 10+ years in IT leadership roles, with at least 5 years managing enterprise-level system development and infrastructure projects.
  2. Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET, etc.) with hands-on experience in building and scaling enterprise applications.
  3. Project Management: Demonstrated success in leading large-scale IT projects from concept to deployment, utilizing methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or PMP certification preferred.
  4. Infrastructure Knowledge: Strong understanding of back-end systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud), and network design.
  5. Leadership: Proven ability to manage and mentor technical teams, fostering innovation and accountability.
  6. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
