The Office Leasing Specialist at KMC is responsible for driving sales conversion through client requirement probing, solutions creation, leading workplace design workshops, and managing the complete sales lifecycle from initial contact to deal closure.

This role requires expertise in leading a team of salespeople, handling negotiations, site selection, and creating proposals and RFP responses. The ideal candidate should be proficient in managing ERP, CRM systems, and other sales tools and automation systems used by the company. They should be a strategic thinker with strong people management skills, capable of building a solid sales team and achieving quotas.

Additional responsibilities include:
  • Working directly with the VP for Workspace Solutions as the Senior Workplace Solutions Manager of Enterprise
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays for Enterprise Solutions
  • Coordinating site visits with clients
  • Following up with clients on ongoing BTS engagements and potential opportunities
  • Attending client meetings with the Head of Enterprise Solutions (AVP)
  • Developing quotes and proposals, with full accountability of costing and P&L resting with the AVP
  • Documenting client requirements and design/build details during implementation
  • Attending internal and supplier meetings related to design and implementation
  • Networking to develop new BUILD-TO-SUIT leads
  • Maintaining relationships with top 1000 corporations and utilizing LinkedIn for lead generation
  • Responding proactively to inquiries and seeking referrals from existing clients
  • Achieving sales targets (TBD)
  • Leading project management activities, including event planning
  • Managing outbound sales campaigns and calls
  • Maintaining an active presence on social networks for lead development
  • Developing and executing strategic revenue-driving recommendations
  • Handling end-to-end sales activities for serviced office leads, with specific leads handed over to the VP for Sales
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: Proven sales management experience with a strong record in solutions creation, negotiations, and closing deals, typically 5+ years.
  • Skills: Expertise in lead generation, networking, communication, sales processes, negotiations, proficiency in ERP, HubSpot CRM, and other sales tools, with strong multitasking and organizational skills. Knowledge of KYC and payment monitoring is also required.
