Staff4Me is seeking an experienced and dynamic Network Engineer Team Lead to guide our network engineering team in delivering top-notch networking solutions to our clients. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing network architecture, implementing robust solutions, and ensuring the team consistently meets project goals and timelines. Your leadership skills and technical expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation and upholding high standards of performance in our network operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.

- Design and implement scalable and secure network infrastructures that align with organizational objectives.

- Oversee network performance monitoring and optimization using industry-leading tools and technologies.

- Manage team projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

- Collaborate with other departments to define and implement network strategies that support business needs.

- Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex network issues.

- Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations, procedures, and changes.

- Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the team is cutting-edge in their approach.

- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and security standards.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.

- Strong networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, routing/switching protocols, and security best practices.

- Proven experience with network monitoring tools and technologies.

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Relevant certifications such as CCNP or CCIE are preferred.

- Proficiency in vendor-specific technologies (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, or similar) is required.

- Experience in designing and deploying cloud-based networking solutions is a plus.

- Solid understanding and experience in project management methodologies.

- Familiarity with automation and scripting languages (Python, Shell) is advantageous.
