About the Role of Administrative Assistant
As our Administrative Assistant, you'll play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations by managing schedules, maintaining organized systems, supporting communication flow, and assisting with both routine and high-priority administrative tasks across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organised and easily accessible.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Direct inquiries to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Maintain databases and spreadsheets with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist with data entry and analysis as needed.
- Assist with special projects and events as needed.
- Commercial invoice processing, high priorities being council and water rates.
- Documenting all property manager and support team processes and procedures.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of administrative experience is a must.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent command of the English language, both oral and written.
