MAIN PURPOSE OF THE

JOB

To manage and proactively drive the enterprise risk management as

well as fraud management function which includes fraud hotline,

corporate forensic investigations and reporting on fraud related

incidents for Seda

KEY PERFORMANCE

AREAS

❖ Develop and implement an organisational enterprise risk and

fraud management framework, procedures and guidelines

❖ Drive and facilitate enterprise risk management and fraud risk

assessments by assisting management in identifying, assessing,

managing and prioritizing risks in their operational areas

❖ Manage Seda's Fraud hotline and forensic investigations

❖ Promote and maintain a culture of risk and fraud awareness

and accountability by initiating campaigns and training

❖ Monitor, evaluate and provide reports on risk management and

❖ Manage Business Unit resources (people, finance and assets)

REQUIRED MINIMUM

EDUCATION AND

TRAINING

❖ Matric (NQF Level 4) plus BTech (NQF Level 7) or Bachelor's

Degree (NQF Level 7) in Enterprise Risk Management/Auditing

/Commerce

❖ Honours Degree (NQF Level 8) or post graduate Diploma (NQF

Level 8) in Enterprise Risk Management/Auditing /Commerce

as added advantage

❖ Diploma in Forensic Investigation and/or CFE certificate will

be an added advantage

REQUIRED WORK

EXPERIENCE AND

KNOWLEDGE

❖ A total of 6 – 8 years of work-related experience in Enterprise

Risk Management/Auditing/Forensic Investigation with at least

three (3) years of Specialist/Supervisory experience performing

similar functions
