In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Data Collection and Analysis
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources.
  • Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Streamline data collection methods to create automated and easy-to-use routines.
  • Drive creative data collection and analysis mechanisms and processes.
Data Visualization and Reporting
  • Create and maintain visually appealing and interactive dashboards through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver actionable insights.
Data Quality, Hygiene, and Process Improvement
  • Validate data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
  • Identify and address data quality issues and discrepancies.
  • Implement data quality controls and monitoring mechanisms.
  • Document and improve processes.
Business Intelligence and Decision Support
  • Work closely with Cybersecurity Leadership to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
  • Help define, enable, and support data and metrics strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand and validate data requirements, ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Analyze business processes and operations to identify opportunities for improvement.
Continuous Learning and Development
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics and cybersecurity metrics.
  • Participate in training programs, events/activities, especially in the Cybersecurity space and professional development opportunities.
  • Share knowledge and insights with colleagues to foster a culture of continuous learning, including mentoring/coaching others.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of technical experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
  • Interest and passion in Cybersecurity.
  • Understanding of data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, etc.).
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and data mining techniques is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • IT-related training/certifications (i.e., Microsoft Power Platform, CompTIA Security+, etc.) are a plus.
  • Any data-related certification.
