About the Role

We are looking for an Implementation Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the Implementation and Product teams by setting up partner accounts, troubleshooting system issues, and helping drive adoption of our existing software tools.

You'll be handling repetitive, detail-oriented tasks that are critical to our partners' success.

What you will do:

  • Set up and configure new and existing partner accounts to ensure a smooth and accurate transition into our software.
  • Help the Implementation and Product teams drive adoption of existing tools, guiding partners toward best practices.
  • Prioritize tasks based on potential ARR, balancing workload effectively to maximize impact.
  • Provide ongoing assistance to both partners and internal teams by troubleshooting system issues, proposing solutions, and escalating complex matters as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to identify areas for improvement or enhancements in our software tools.
  • Handle repetitive, detail-oriented tasks such as verifying partner data, inputting information into relevant systems, and ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
  • Maintain meticulous records and documentation to track partner onboarding progress and support requests.
  • Suggest and help implement new workflows or best practices that improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance overall partner satisfaction.

  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining high accuracy.
  • Ability to troubleshoot software-related issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive resolutions.
  • Self-driven, with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven organizational abilities, including tracking and prioritizing tasks based on impact, maintaining accurate Excel files, and clearly sharing status updates in meetings.
  • Availability to travel if needed (VISA for US & Canada).
